Delivery and Returns
Delivery
UK Mainland Shipping Only
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, delivery is free on orders over £50.
You can pay for Tracked 24 but this fee will apply to orders over £50 also.
Select the option you require at the checkout.
Orders will be packed and despatched within 2 - 4 working days and any delays will be notified by email.

Local Collection
A free collection service can be selected at the checkout for collection from the DY13 area of Worcestershire.
Returns
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and will only be accepted if the item is faulty or returned in perfect condition

Please email sparklystyles@btinternet.com if you would like to return an item and a return address and details will be sent to you.
You will be responsible for the return costs unless an item is faulty, then you will be refunded your returns postage costs.

Refunds
Once we receive your returns and they have been checked, you will be updated on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be made to the original method of payment. Times of this transaction can vary between card providers.
Important Delivery Information
We have all seen the extensive list of dates for the proposed strikes by Royal Mail, during this difficult period, where possible, I will be using alternative delivery methods. Please bear with me.
